Cancelation Of Order -For Cash On Delivery Orders ,it can be canceled before its Shipped, it can't be canceled later.
You have to inform us within 24 hours of Order placement For Any Cancelation .
FOR PREPAID ORDER- PREPAID ORDER CANT BE CANCELLED ONCE PAID.
Customer can only request for Size and color change.
FOR EXCHANGE OF SIZE & COLOR- Customer has to send the product back to us using own shipping (non reimbursed) .
within the 3 days of Delivery. WE NO LONGER ACCEPT EXCHANGE REQUEST.
PRODUCT HAS TO BE UNWORN,UNUSED AND ALL TAGS ATTACHED.
Once Product is received, it will go through a quality Check if it's same as sent will initiate EXCHANGE within 48 hours of receiving product.
Customer has to share tracking details with us on our whatsapp or email.
REFUND POLICY- THERE IS NO MONEY REFUND POLICY WITH US.
Either A Customer Can Opt For An EXCHANGE Or Store Credit Can Be Given Valid For 6 months For the date Of Receiving Product and Passing Quality Check.
