Refund Policy
At The Aspire Collection, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer an easy 7-day return and refund policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
With original tags, packaging, and invoice.
Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition will not be accepted for return.
Certain products (such as intimate wear, personal care items, or clearance/sale items) may not be eligible for return. Such restrictions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team Through Email within 7 days of receiving your order.
Our team will guide you with the return process and pickup (wherever available) or request you to ship the item back.
Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.
3. Refunds
If your return is approved, a full refund (excluding shipping charges, if any) will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit.
If the returned product does not meet eligibility criteria, it will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.
4. Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not available at the moment. Customers are advised to place a fresh order after the refund is processed.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
